We achieved excellent early results—and developed a sweet long term roadmap—by focusing the squad on solving a specific, well-articulated problem, and collaborating on ideation in a short amount of time.
I significantly enhanced edX's ability to deliver consistent, accessible user experiences globally. This project not only improved operational efficiency and cross-platform consistency but also reinforced edX's mission of providing accessible education to users worldwide.
